LT4WD over fueling issue
#1
Hi all,
Im new on here and have been having a few problems with my 87 LT4WD 250.
I had a carb problem and sent the carb off for a rebuild, it came back setup like new. when I put it back on the bike and started it, it started pretty much straight away and idled lovely. After about 5 mins it started to cough and splutter and smelled as though the choke was on. I have found that if I fill the tank, prime the carb then disconnect the vacuum hose and block it with a stopper, put another hose & stopper onto the vacuum hase attachment on the carb side it runs brill untill the fuel level drops below the fuel intake height.
Any advice much appreciated.
Andy
