I have a 2012 Polaris Sportsman 500 HO and I was trail riding the other day. While riding, it would suddenly shut off. A little later I was riding and heard a poping noise while turning. After I turned real sharp and tried to give it some more throttle, the atv would almost certainly shut off. Didn't seem like I was losing power or anything of that sort but just wander if anyone knows what could be going on?

You don't have to post in different sections on the same problem! Just post in one area to avoid confusion! Hopefully guys have helped you in the Polaris section on possible key rings hitting the gas cap,turning the ignition switch slightly.This was a common problem. OPT
