What is the cause of this? If I let of the throttle it does but it also does rev up it just starts at slower than idle level when throttle is pinned carb looks ok cleanliness wise gas mix is correct its getting fuel and exhaust is smoking a lot new spark plug but just doesn't run right any advise would help thanks
