I have a 150cc scooter with a gy6 engine. I can press start button and the engine will spin over once or twice and engine stops spinning but starter still turns. Seems like too much compression at that certain spot. already checked valve clearance, new starter, and timing is fine. will spin over fine with no spark plug in. put spark plug back in and same thing. completely stumped.can someone help me please.
