Default Adding weight to rear of sportsman?

I know I need a tire upgrade, but also need to add some weight to my rear rack? Any ideas? No, gaining is not an option, 235 is enough. Plowing the snow today was next to impossible, kept turning sideways, crap tires and not enough weight.

Any ideas? :-)

2 or 3 60 pound sandbags. That's what I have on mine right now.
