Default Chain sprocket problems.

I just fitted a 200cc lifan engine to my baja 150 frame. The engine shipped with a 420 counter sprocket that is 17mm. The rear sprocket on the quad is for a 520. I cant seem to find a 17mm 520 counter sprocket leaving me to believe they dont make them. I guess ill have to buy a new rear sprocket with chain? Any advice would be great thanks guys.

520 is a hardcore setup. I mean big cc builds. Even though we have a 2stroke here a 50cc with the 520 setup. You can change it to a 428 all around should give you better options on sizes. I have a Tao project I play with its a CG motor "believe that's yahama". You can hit Tao Tao Atv Parts Wholesale - Tao Tao Parts Headquarters - Tao Tao 110cc Parts - Tao Tao Ata-110b you can find cheap sprockets same as anywhere else. Throw a kmc chain on and change rear out say f it. Hard to change front numbers.

I dont think my rear sprocket is what came on the quad. It looks like a sprocket and hub off a 350 banshee i seriously doubt they sell those baja 150 with that big of a sprocket but idk for sure.

You might half to use make a sprocket work but fabing it up. Unless you get a kmc 428h chain and hope 420 and 520 will work. That site has every sprocket setup doesn't matter brand of atv. Just now you really need to figure out what sprockets went to your motor and figure the gearing.

My tao 250 runs a 428 15 tooth front and 428 40 tooth on the rear. Gain top end but on trails in mud or climbing I no power even with clutch. So I went 13 428 front with my same rear and gain a lot of low end.
