Current Labor rates
#1
Hi all..
Just curious to see what your local dealer is now charging for an hourly labor rate.
I just saw that a dealer in Wisconsin, Winnebagoland is getting 129/hr...
west coast,midwest,east..
I'm trying to work up an average.
There may be exceptions for basket cases, electrical only and vintage..
Thanks !

My guy that does all of our snowmobile work only charges $55/hr I live out by sheboygan, manitowoc, road america. That area. Hes good and fast too, but hes not a dealer and only works in his shop durring winter. In summer he pulls 17 hour days in a gravel pit when there in full swing. Took him 3 months to do a rebuild after I blew up my old blaster

Depends on the shop. Labor rate was $85 down here when I retired in 2010 and we had one of the cheapest labor rates in our area compared to about three other dealers. If you really want a shock try some out board/inboard flat rates that some marine dealers charge.
