I just bought a 2004 400ex last night . I am from quebec n i purchased it in the states. When i got got to the border with only a bill of sale , they said that in order to bring it across i nedded to get a title for it. But get this the guy said that his title burnt in a fire. He said he was gona try n go get one for it. How n were could he go n get one done? N does it cost anything? His from bennington vermont
