03 Honda trx 400 front sprocket

Default 03 Honda trx 400 front sprocket
So I changed my front sprocket from a 15 tooth to a 14 and it's not allowing my chain to tighten all the way this is my first time doing it so I could have just done something wrong anyone have any suggestions??

The chain could be streched.
You may have to remove a link or get another chain.
