They made a real difference and the war wouldn't have gone as well without them. I always thought it was clever how they used native words to describe things like the word for turtle was used for a tank, etc.

Would have loved to have seen the Japanese faces when they first heard this language.. Hope future generations remember them and they're able to keep this language alive. RIP old soldier..
