Axle paddles , supposed to help a straight axle bike when hung up on a rut. Good way to break something though. I personally think they are stupid

They look like Ground Clearance robbers to me and something for boulders on the trail to have a fun knocking around.

Yea I could imagine them being horrible for any type of real trail riding. I'd rather just use my winch and be on my way lol

X3 Odd and not something I'd put on my quad. Maybe they're paddles for getting through mud and water????

What I was thinking too when I first saw them. Looked like paddles. Could even mount em on the outside and tear up wheels and tires of anyone that got close like in the movie Ben Hur during the chariot race scene..

If they were totally submerged the top part of the paddle would be working in the opposite direction of the bottom half.

If they are indeed "paddles" ?? May work like a steamboat. Might help like Moose said in water/mud?
