My friend has had an original model Tamarack quad trunk for many years and loves it. It's made in the USA of quality materials and holds a lot of stuff. He carries a gas can and small coolers and lots of other things. It never gets water in it when it rains and it has survived numerous impacts including a rollover accident. They make other boxes and bags too. Tamarack ATV Accessories - Quality ATV Boxes and Bags

P.S. The Lock & Ride boxes are good if you have a Polaris but I think the Tamarack is tougher.

if you have a Polaris I'd go with a lock and ride OEM. May cost a bit more but well worth in my opinion.

thanks for the help on the tamarack I will check them out. AS for the oem polaris I have a lock n ride hard box it leaks {poor plastic molding warped opening} and it wobbles, not a tight fit to the bike.

Sorry to hear about the problems with the lock & ride box. One of my friends has one on his 850 and hasn't had any problems at all. He likes it better than his old box but I'm not sure what the old one was. I think he had an older Polaris box and the new one is better.
