They will get caught, people in the area will know who they are and who own it. Figure they were likely less then a 1/2 mile from their house if not just a block a two.

They were in Worcester, MA during the last snowstorm. Mass. hates ATVers pretty bad as it is. Dolts like those guys don't make it any easier to be a rider here in Mass.

On a busy downtown street with no plate or helmet. I'd be lucky to make around the block once before being pulled over and that's with a helmet, plate and insurance.

Something tells me that they wouldn't stop for a cop lol.

There was so much snow in mass that day (3 feet) that a cop probably wouldn't risk injuring someone else to chase them down
