What are the best things I can do on my 2000 Polaris Xpedition 425? I'm thinking power wise I plan to snorkel it lift and inch or two bigger tires. What's everyone's opinion on what I should do?

 

Lot of clutches and parts to this engine,plus the first thing to go if you mud it or get water above the floor boards is the reverse actuator.Doesn't like water,plus most people have problems with them without all the water after a few years. Dirt Cheap Yamaha, Polaris, Suzuki & Kawasaki OEM Parts & Accessories – Cycle Parts Warehouse This is one machine that was meant as a work horse and plenty of people loved them for that purpose.Using it for mud bug could get expensive considering all the parts this machine has.Just my two cents on this one.

 

My reverse actuator motor works great it's the plastic gear that goes on the metal actuator. It's not had one single problem yet and it's been blasted with mud and will over the floor boards in water no problems yet.

They have a decent amount but I'm not sure on that much for a muffler
