Looks like your correct , the smallest is the 350 Grizzly/Bruin which is a Mid sized chassis.
The last small chassis was the Raptor 90 Raptor 250 ,Grizzly 125 and Grizzly 300 in 2013 but those ATV were not made by Yamaha they were rebadged subcontracted Asian ATVs. I quess Yamaha did not like the partnership.
Most all companies subcontract the small bore ATVs out now to Asia. I think only Honda and Suzuki actually build their own themselves but I,m not sure about that.
