We have replaced the whole electrical system and the spark plug has been replaced. We also replaced the carb. It starts to fire but wont start. When i press in the throttle and start it, i can here.compressions. the spark plug has no gas on it, what could be causing this? The air fuel mixture screw is unloactable, the carb is a pz27.

We replaced it with a new carb because the old on we were unable to access the float bowl because it was like glued together so we ordered a new one. The old one had a adjustment, but this one only has the idle adjustment.
