Default kawasaki 650

I have a Kawasaki prarie 650 just put a new belt on anmd over 5 days of riding its stripped out. what would cause this?

Did you just recently buy this quad or own it before? If you owned it and had no issues with the belt my guess would be the belt. If you just got it and had this issue there could be problems with the pulleys. Engagement, alignment, etc. I honestly don't know all the things that could cause this. Main killer of CVT belts is not having the quad in low range when going slowly for long periods of time, like in snow, mud, crawling up hills, and slow going over rocks. If you leave it high all the time under these slow trail conditions you will burn up the belt.

First what brand of belt? OEM or a aftermarket. You will find most people always recommend a OEM on these machines as nothing else seems to last. Sure it was the right part #
