Itp makes a mud lite sport tire that a lot of people use for rear tires on sport quads. Its similar to the mud lite at. I've used the mud lite ats once on a 2wd utility quad(Suzuki Ozark 250) and they worked quite well. This shows them.

The ultimate all around sport tire that excels in mud is the Maxxis rzr2, tried and true. You lose a bit of joy with the mud lite type of tire in all around use, they just don't slide or handle like a knobby does. And the rzr2 has some nasty ***** and plenty of side bite. If you can't make it through with these, probably shouldn't have gone there in the first place. An alternative would be the itp GNCC or possibly HD holeshots. A lot of companies making knock offs of the rzr2 and HD if you need cheaper.
The one advantage the itp have, the split ***** work better on rock. If you have many rock gardens to traverse, that style holds an edge.
