Default Polaris loose front suspension

I need help. I just replaced all bushings in the lower control arm, front left. I checked the bearing and it was tight as can be and not loose at all. but i put it all back together and everything is still loose.

What I mean is if I have the wheel on and pick up, there is about half an inch of wiggle room going up and down. What does this mean?

That's where the manual link I posted can help. Could be not enough torque on hub nut or ball joint loose?

They are all torqued to spec. i don't know at this point. I might replace the bearing and hope for the best. Is there a specific brand of bearings you like the most? i run decent sized mud tires so they will be supporting a bit of weight.

Here's a good place that you can crossover Polaris part numbers on bearings and seals and are pretty cheap..http://www.hyperparts.com/wc.dll?ctw...~00043~Polaris Even ebay has some decent prices.05 16 Polaris Sportsman 300 400 450 570 Front Wheel Carrier Bearing RPL 3514634 | eBay Or you can take the universal number on the bearing and check your local auto parts. Plus here's a list that people have compiled for 700 parts, but many will interchange with other models.

Three of the best.. You can match up your universal bearing number.

Put a new bearing in it, It is a lot tighter. Still a little play, think its a tie rod.

Look towards the bottom of this list. May help on replacement tie rods rather than paying oem prices.Make a list of common numbers we need | High Lifter Forums
