Exclamation 2001 Bombardier Traxter 500 dead battery

This morning I went out to start my Traxter and it would not start, so I checked the battery and it was reading 11.4Volts (this is a brandnew 350CAH battery) we have a 12v spot light plugged straight into it that has an on off switch, a friend didn't think it was that because of the switch on the light. My second guess was the winch but it is a factory winch so I thought it wouldn't daw power 24/7 or they wouldn't use it. Could it be the winch or battery or could it be one of the computer components. I had the key out of it all night and it was -5c all night.

Charge the battery back up using a slow charge....no greater than 2 amp rate. After fully charged, let it set for approx 4 hours, measure it. Then start the bike and measure the charging voltage at idle.

Thanks, we found the issue. The fuse box was upsidedown so where it was labeled for a 15 amp fuse it was actually going to the magneeto and that needs a 30 amp. It is now charging. And the battery is keeping the charge strong. Bike works great.
