honda 250sx differential oil change

honda 250sx differential oil change

I have a honda 250 sx 1986 and i would change the differential oil but each time I fill up the oil by the oil filler cap, the oil doesnt stay in the differential. It stand out.
I dont know how to do that.
someone can explain me how to change the oil differential.
