Shock adjustment

Default Shock adjustment
Anyone know how to adjust a shock on a 250 Polaris I have the tool but I don't know how to move the shock so it is stiffer thanks

Easier if you take the load off the spring. Jack the atv up at the rear of the frame. Look at this video but don't use pliers like he does! It can crack the adjuster.
