The stupid people dressing up like clowns is moronic lately. Even locally where I live, there have been idiots running around dressed like clowns. Its not normal behavior. The tag for terrorists should have no expiration date though. It should always be open season on them.

Some guy got arrested for running after his kid's bus in a clown mask. I don't know what they charged him with. Is wearing a clown mask a crime?

I don't think its a crime but its just in bad taste. Many businesses won't allow you to enter either.
