If you have power to the solenoid trigger wire then it should be able to jump power from the battery post of the solenoid to the solenoid starter post. No mention on the battery. If you haven't changed it or even if you have, I'd have the battery load tested.Battery may show 12+ volts,but under a load voltage can drop. You can do this yourself with a meter.Voltage should drop when you hit the starter button. Shouldn't go lower than 9.5 volts though. If the battery voltage doesn't change or it does but solenoid doesn't transfer power,could be a faulty solenoid even if it's new.Plus one other thing is if you have the oem 3083211 solenoid or equivalent, you have to make sure you have a good frame ground or the solenoid won't work.
