I have a 125cc taotao, when trying to start all the lights come on but it just wont start. Im not sure what part of it is doing this but when a have a charger on the battery it starts to buzz, but when I remove the cables it wont buzz. All the lights come on but the head lights (but thats normal) it has a full tank of gas, oil and a fully charged battery. IT JUST WON'T START????? HELP??
