What kind of winch bump stop you using? Unfortunately locally no one has anything good i grabed this junk 3 pc thing that has steel caps on each end and as im plowing its popping the ends of constantly. I have a one pc design on my other machine that has served me well but i have been looking at the warn 2pc setups and curious about those... Since i have to hit up amazon for these i guess the sky is the limit..LOL

Ya thats the one i have on my machine and works well... Issue is the other machine has some knock off winch on it with a huge eye for the hook and i dont think it will push through that design... thats why i was thinking the 2 pc design... but i may say screw it and just order rope and a new fairlead so i can use that design...

 

I use a KFI two piece all rubber stop that has worked well for 4 years. I switched to synthetic rope and am glad I did. I did keep the roller fairlead rather than the polished aluminum one piece unit.
No issues at all in 4 years.

 

ya those are the ones im looking at.. I will be switching to alum fairlead as i have broken to many ropes on rollers trying to pull at some odd angles... never had that happen with alum
