2015 Tao Tao ATV carb issue
So I have a 2015 taotao atv and after watching videos on cleaning carbs on the internet mine looks a bit different. There is a line going from the air filter to the engine. and there is an line that goes from the bottom of the carb down to nothing. Here are some pictures because I'm not sure what the names are for them.
In this photo the RED is the line that goes from the bottom of the carb to nothing. BLUE is the fuel line. GREEN is the line that goes to air filter to engine.
This is it all together not attached to the manifold
The specs
I am not familiar with part names or any names because i've never done this before except research. Thanks if you can help!

Ok so if I get a new carb like this one
https://www.amazon.ca/Carburetor-Filter-Intake-Manifold-TOPEMAI/dp/B07XFZXHKH/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?crid=2CU24KQS5DS5N&dchild=1&keywords=pz20+carburetor&qid=1614836041&sprefix=PZ20+%2Caps%2C181&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExSjQ2RjJOOEs3QkJaJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwNDI2NTI4M0U3QVRMVkFFUDhUSSZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUExMDA2NTU3WjAyNTlTN0cwS1lQJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ==
the filter that comes with it does not have a hole like the stock filter the atv has already. So I would continue to use the stock one right? And also since its winter here and the engine has a hard time starting up would you recommend starter fluid? and if so where do i spray it?

You may want to post this in the Chinese section of the forums. The problem I see with a carb that fits that many different sized motors would be jetting. Pretty sure someone over there has done this and knows all the tricks.
My opinion on the starter fluid is, no. Maybe if you were just trying to get it running after sitting for a while and helping get the fuel flowing, but not as a way to start it just when it's cold. That is what the choke should be doing. Not good on the motor for long term use.
