Default wolverine vs grizzy or other

Hi, I currently have a 2001 yamaha warrior. im looking to get something used with selectable four wheel drive that is not much bigger. I have a very small shed with other quads and snowblower so size is important.
I am debating between the 2006-2009 yamaha wolverine and the one of the grizzly models. I believe some of the grizzly models share the same frame as the wolverine? Is IRS that much more comfortable when riding that it should sway my decision? I ride in an area with some tight trails, so a nimble, smaller quad is important for those reasons also.
are there any other quads I should consider.
.
