My pal that works at the Yammy-Hammer shop said they put a Grizz CDI unit on the Rhino they just got in. He said that it got rid of the speed limiter. Anybody heard of this? I couldn't imagine that big unit running almost as fast as a Grizz!

 

I tried it this weekend i worked great except my spedometer didnt work and reverse light was flashing. I put the rhino c.d.i. in the griz. and everything worked on the griz. the governor kicked in at 43 mph. any help? thanks Rich

Got Black Rhino CDI now everything works goes aprox 50 mph. Rich

 

Did you ever get a resolution to this problem? If not here is an item that I found on Ebay that should work.

I'm running 54 with the Black Rhino cdi; grizzly sheave and 26" Holeshots (open wheeled with nothing but the rollbar and seats). I really like how this thing comes alive when you put even half-*** performance tires on her (it's like night and day).
