also argos are amphibious so you are able to go into the water too

A ski lift, If all your going to use it for is going up and down that hill, there is safer ways, and if your taking your girlfriend with you, it could get real exciting. But if your still willing to try at 70, who am I to 2nd guess, get one and tear that hill up. You will have more fun going up and down, than you will at the bottom fishing.

I have a Rhino and it will climb it but my wife won't go. You might not be able to put coolers ect. in the back without it standing up on you. The best way to do it if you have room is to bring in a small excavator and flatten out a road up the hill at a 45 degree angle and that would be easy to climb. If you don't have the room make a switchback.

That is what I do for a living. A contractor wil charge you about 65 to 100 per hour. Just make sure the Corp of Engineers don't catch you. They usually just don't want any trees cut.
