the question i have is there are three tubeing connections on the carb and one on the intake going to the manifold i have the cart running but one tubeing connection is not hooked up

 

The tube on the bottom of the carb is just a drain for the fuel bowl. It just hangs there. There should be a line going from the intake manifold to the fuel petcock - assuming it has a vacuum driven petcock. The other one, I'm not sure of.
