the new little buggy's pretty cool but just a little slow(25 mph)...any tips for more top speed? it only has the single 400 cc..it's seems that the cvt is the limiting factor... wish i would have found this forum a month ago...would've bought a rhino(and the dealer i bought the mule from sold yamahas too..didn't have one so he didn't mention them...grrrrrr)

thanks guys,
just another thing...i mentioned the cvt...i "modified" the governor and the rpms increased without a noticable increase in speed...that is why i thought speed was limited by gearing...i'll look for the rev limiter and some bigger tires..i want a frankenmule when i'm done... i don't know much about this thing yet ..my only other ride is an 82 honda 185s(which is still alot of fun ).. I could be wrong, but I have never heard of any engine sharing between the Mule and the Eiger.
The Eiger and the Mule engine don't even look close. Further, the Eiger does not have a speed limiter only a rev- limiter in the CDI. The mule is more like a generator motor than an ATV. The Mule produces about 13.5 HP and the Eiger is in the 20 hp range.
The only thing they have in common is they both have around 400cc . Although Suzuki and Kawasaki share some models this is not one of them.
