I have a 150cc Sun-L buggy, last week it mysteriously started running funny. When I hammer down on the throttle it dogs for about 30 seconds then it will rev on up like it should.

I checked the air filter, carb for trash, and the spark plug. Nothing seems to be wrong. Any suggestions. It also has trouble starting.
