ok everyone, what weber carb replaces the stock carb on these motors???

Ive heard there is a carb out there but I am also aware that there are 4 jets in the weber 2 barrel which need to be right as well.

I hope someone can help me with this, the stock carb just doesnt cut it and before it goes bad completely id like to change to the weber.
