The guy interviewed in that story is Don Merrifield. He and his brother created Cart Wheelin Magazine. Mighty nice guy and has helped me out tremendously.

How have you been? Just for a slight clarification, Don Merrifield is Troy Merrifield's dad. They're a great bunch of guys. I got to hang out with them a lot at the 2007 Dealer Expo in Indy, which was a lot of fun.

Oh? I learn something new every day, I thought they were brothers. Never met either one but exchange emails with Don from time to time. Knew the two were related, just thought they were siblings.

Been doin ok I guess can't complain, nobody would listen anyway. Just passing the time doing low budget improvments to my off pavment ride.

 

Nice...glad to hear! Been riding much? It's been so freakin' cold here in CO, it's been impossible to get out because of all the snow.

Just every now and then when we get a semi warm day. Forecast says upper 60's low 70's early next week. My van has been in the shop gettin the suspension airbags replaced, had a blowout. Should be done today, been stranded! I plan on getting a couple days of seat time or more in the coming week.
