Going to buy one or the other very soon. Need your opinions on each. Good or bad. Going to use it to take the family wherever I want to go. No racing, jumping or crazy stuff. Ill take it down trails and out through the dunes. If it won't go certain places than it won't. Going to get rear seats, full roll cage, roof, wheels and tires and door guards so nobody breaks an ankle! Need honest opinions, not whose is faster or whose looks better!! Leaning towards the Ranger because of increased seating capacity and storage.

If you're gonna use it to haul the family around I'd say the Ranger would be an excellent choice. It's wider then the others and that makes for a nice stable ride with passengers on board and it has plenty of power to get you to and from the dunes, trails or wherever.

I need to take some new ones with some of the cosmetic things finished. I've added mirrors, a bimini top and finished the powder coating for the rear footwells. A few more things and it will be done.....for now.

 

What happened to the bed?? I have never seen that before? Looks great!!

 

I removed it and fabbed out the rear seating area and cage.

 

Polaris makes a Ranger Crew now that looks like mine but has the bed on the back also. It's cool but it's BIG!!

 

By the looks of it you did a great job! I can see how you did it the more I look at it. That new crew is crazy long! It has to effect the speed of it. They must beef up the suspension for the added weight!

EdKatt, just wanted to add in case you didn't know that Kawasaki is releasing the Teryx in December/January. Looks a lot like the Rhino but with the 750 V Twin and 4 inches wider.
