i have a sunl slu-6k,it has no fire.i have replaced the stator,coil,cdi,key switch ,and the voltage regulator,and the wiring harness.please help i need this to run.I dont know any voltage checks i can do so anything would help. thanks steve

 

Loose ground somewhere, maybe???? Any fuses????

 

when i turn on the key i get a spark across the plug.i have a tester on the plug,and when i turn the key off i get another spark.Iv been checking grounds and will finish this weekend.Hopefully i will find a problem.

Before my sunl slgk 650 crapped out on me I had a very simular issue it sounds like but I had intermintint lost of power to everything at some point and time and when it lost power completley one day I peeked at the fuse block., although I didnt replace any of the mentioned items you did.

The fuse block under the dash is a peice of junk, take it out and look at it and you will find that most of the connectors NOT the fuses themselves are barley hanging on by a thread and are probaly rusted all to hell.

I went to my local parts house and built a replacement fuse block thats solid as a rock for about 50 dollars solved all my worries untill the tranny took a crap on me.

 

Was hoping to return and see if you found your problem with your utv, I know what its like to be sidelined with a busted unit myself. Just letting you know that you myself and kandi seems to be the only folks on the forum with these type of utvs. Check out the thread we are on it may help you in the future.

I have the SLU-6K and mine runs perfect, but I need the reverse gear assy. I have not found anywhere that I could get this part :-(
