Default Please help with Mule heater.

I have a buddy that just installed a factory heater in a mule but it wont work. He's had it to the dealer and they cant figure it out either. They say its installed correctly, raised the front 16 inches off the ground to fill it, pulled the water pump to make sure the impeller is still good but still no heat. Any experience or ideas? Thanks

Default Please help with Mule heater.

We have a fleet of these things at work and they all have the factory heater. There are a few of them that refuse to work and I think its becasue they are cooling too well to make heat. Maybe a thermostat or something? If you block the coolant flow to the radiator by pinching a hose , it will have no choice but to disapate heat through the heater core, might be worth an expirement.

Default Mule cab heater

Hi, new to the site and new to me 2005 Diesel Mule 3010. I have a Curtis Cab on the mule and want to install a heater that uses the engine coolant and a heater core type heater, can some one send some pics of where to put the heater in the cab, and pics of coolant line hook-up? I have the factory manual but it doesn't cover where to hook it up.
TIA
