Upon further review the com. may have a issue with ATV yet UTV is allowed. What UTV models would you recommend and how much should i budget?
The only UTVs that have been around long enough to be in your price range (and I kind of doubt it) might be a Polaris Ranger 500 and maybe an old Kawasaki Mule.
