did anyone else try and scan pictures and have them come out like mine?? just wondering? i think i have seen a couple pplw tiht he same thing not long ago. i think it was pics of 3 wheelers.

 

Could be a number of problems, but my best guess would be that you scanned the photo in at a very low resolution resulting in poor quality. Also, if you shrunk the pictures in paint then they will turn out like that. Try using a free program like Infranview to shrink your pictures or the photo editor that came with your scanner.
