i tried uploading an icon, but i had to keep making my picture smaller and smaller to the point where my tires on my quad looked like deformed chocolate donuts. WTF. how do you make it to where the picture is still in focus and it is the right size? any help is greatly appreciated

 

1 open microsoft paint
2 open your picture up on microsoft paint
3 click on sketch/skew
4 size it down horizontal/vertical by 100% and 100% again or just play around with it untill you get the desired results

 

yea thats what i did, but it still turns out VERY blurry. should i just zoom in more when i take the pic so it is more clear?
