Are you using Adblock Plus? Works on Firefox,Chrome,etc. If not give it a try. I've always had most of the screen with a small strip on the right that's blank.No complaints and this add on works!https://adblockplus.org/
I'm running Firefox with Adblock Plus and there's about 2 inches on the right side that's blank.
