Will a 85 honda 250 es motor swap out on to a 84 honda 200 es? need a new motor for 200 es, smokes and low compression if i thought i could do the work i might attempt it. Has anyone ever tried this who has never done one before/ thanks

 

hey sorry i cant actually answer your question, but you might have better luck posting this in the 3 wheelers section. this forum is for that doofy side by side that honda decided to call the big red lol, not the old bulletproof atc youre thinkin of.

I got confused too....when I see Big Red...I think of Honda ATC's from the late 70's to early 80's!

 

No, The shaft and rear are both different. The 250 is on the side and I believe the 200 is in the center. Hope this helps
