take in consideration that blasters are cheaper. and btw they dont suck for the money. Im 15 and I have to use my own money, the blaster is a perfect bike for kids that cant spend 3500. my.02

 

i raced my cousin over the weekend and only got him by about 4 feet. i rode it later on in the day and they had almost the same amount of power.

 

Will a 300ex with a K&N power kit and a DMC pipe outrun a 2003 stock blaster?

 

My 300ex has a dynojet Kit, K&N Filter and FMF PowerCore 4 and I KILL, Yes kill my friend blaster with a FMF Complete Exhaust.I don't really like those quad anyway. I don't feel very comfortable while sitting on them :S

 

i have heard bad things about dmc pipes. but i dunno

i have both stock and the blaster you dont get that edrenaline rush that you get when you ride a 300ex. i love my 300ex it jumps farther with me on it.(nobody else has every jumped it)it has better suspension and better handling. and it looks a heck of alot better. blaster's look better than 300ex's and you can't match the rush of a piped two stroke. I don't know how you are jumping farther with a quad that weighs 40 pounds more. The suspension of the 300ex is softer than the blaster which does give it a better ride but it will tend to bottom out more. Handling is the same unless you have a 300ex with holeshots v.s a blaster with stockers.

 

MAN blasty wil wreck it. Were talkin 2 stroke vs 4 stroke here. I have a freind with just about everything u can do to a 300ex on it and my blaster wrecks him. The 300ex is more aof a trail quad than a racer.
