Big Bore Kit Compression Question...hey that rhimes..
Hey guys...how ya do'in?
I just had a question about big bore kit compression....what's the difference between 12.5:1 compression and 11:1? What makes it better or worse?...more power the higher the comp.? or lower the comp?

400ex (yellow/quadtech front fender with scoop), full big gun exhaust, airbox vent kit, wb rev limiter, full prm skids, dg nerfs, custom airbox lid (made by myself - e-mail me for pics if ya want one), prm baja bumper, OMF aircooler scoops, renthal bars, kickass power.

The higher the compression, the higher the power. The higher the compression, the higher the octane needed to avoid pinging. The higher the compression, the higher the pressure in the cylinder. I've had to choose between the two and chose 11:1. The higher the compression , the more difficult your machine will be. Just my opinion.
