A guy is offering 3000 for 98. So im going to keep the 96 and basically get it for 500 dollars. Not bad.

What would be the optimum mud/trail tire for this atv? the 96 model. I dont want to lose much power and i want to be able to have good mud traction, but i will be riding on trails to get to the mud. So what do u recommend?

My brother had a 96 300 4x4 and he had bearclaws all around. I can't remeber what size but I think he went 1" bigger than stock and still had lots of power to turn them. They handle just as good as stocks on the trails and yet have good bite in the mud. Another good tire choice would be the mudlites. They are very light so power loss would be less and they do good on both the trails and mud.
