Sometimes there are emails listed for jobs at Honda. But there were not any jobs listed specifically where I got the email address.

 

If anyone does try to email Honda, tell us what becomes of the email either way. Thanks.

I'm thinking about trying the second email address but I want to think about what I'm going to say. I think I'll ask for it to be forward to the appropriate people or person within Honda. Just in case it goes to the wrong person at R&D. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

If enough people email the one address then I'm sure someone higher up will hear about it.

 

Well, I've been getting Delivery Failure Messages on that email address.
honda-motorcycle@mail.hondamotorcycle.com didn't work.

I don't understand how you can run a major coroporation today and not
have an email address for consumers. What is that?

 

I got the second email from the R&D Honda site. emp@oh.hra.com

It is amazing how such a large company doesn't supply an email for customer feedback. Any other company would have an email for customers questions. Honda doesn't even supply a 1800 number for customer service. I had to call the West coast from the East coast and then be put on hold for several minutes all on my phone bill.

 

This reminds me of when we (wife) owned a Honda Accord and had problems with it. I couldn't talk to or e-mail anyone. I sent a letter to their home office an no reply. My wife just switched to a VW Passat, hope their service is better. I'm still a Honda motorcycle fan so I hope I don't have any bad experiences with them.

This one got me fired up enough to reply....long, long story about that car. Thanks for the delayed welcome Sickmojave...I forgot I was even registered to reply. I usually just do research on the site and read the Honda bashing. I need to do a little more research...looks like a Rubicon, Rincon or (gulp) Vinson is in my future for Christmas.

 

I have sent a message to the 2nd email address asking for a correct email address for customer feedback. I'll post if I get a response from Honda.
