MadMike, the TrailBlazer doesn't have reeds????? Hmm. If he had $900 in mods the trailblazer will roost a 250ex silly. My '93 Trailboss which has the same 250cc motor as the trailblazer... I have $400 in mods will eat my Mojave and 300ex alive.

400ex2003, it's not hard at all you just gotta ask around and you can find everything for Polaris.

The TrailBlazer does not have reeds in stock form, but HPD does offer a reed kit for it, I think. In stock form the TB is pretty sluggish. I would not recomend trying steep hills on it. I have a couple friends that own TrailBlazers, and they have held up well for them. We have ridden together many times, and not once after riding have I heard one of them say that they didn't have a good time because they were riding a Polaris TrailBlazer. For the price, in my opinion, it's a good quad. Both of them have HPD pipes, and clutch kits. These mods make quite a difference in power and speed.

I raced my cousins tb on my blaster along with my friend on his recon (which is slightly slower than a 250ex. i beat him by about 20+bikes and my friends recon beat him by about 10bikes. I also have another friend with a 250ex and neither of them have any problems other than losing the keys. My cousins tb is always breaking down, its broken as i write. go with the honda, automatics suck! its also pretty impossible to do a wheelie on a tb.

...figures coming from a polaris owner, but the fact of the matter is a recon is faster than a tb, the trailblazer might do 58mph but will need about 5 miles to hit it on (if it doesnt break down).
