I am a Polaris guy from day one(everyone who knows me will agree).....but the 250 will not beat much unless it is modded.....these things can be fast if they are highly modded(and I mean highly, to the point of no more mods).......Otherwise I agree with the honda guys.......Now there is NO reason to say Polaris sucks, because what have we done to deserve that? My pred doesn't suck, and Polaris has come a long ways in the last 5 or so years.....give up on the cheap comments.

Yamahawomper......Nice pics of the pred......they do look a lot like mine, as a matter of fact, I'm sure that one is mine.....so delete it. Too bad you couldn't handle that much power....so don't act like you can by having someone else's pics up. Quit giving the Polaris guys a bad name.

 

the TB250 was a good learners quad, but the weight wasnt all that good for jumping, plus it was already used.

 

Granted, TB's are not the best 250 out there but im sick of hearin all this crap about them. i've owned two, one was a 98' that i got off my friend and we both rode it HARD, and the other was a 2002 and neither of them gave me a problem, not one. and as for oil, i believe i filled it about as often as i filled the warrior (not quite but...) and there not incredibly sluggish either, in stock form they will outrun a blaster, 250ex, z250, ect... and whoever says its impossible to wheelie cant ride because i could hold them of for hundreds of yards, just takes practice which ppl these days dont seem to be willing to do. my friend has a TB with a clutch kit and a pipe and walks all over my friends blasters, and even some 300ex's. i've never raced either of my quads against him but... anyway one person hears from someone else that TB's suck and they go tellin it to every kid whos lookin into his first quad. i own a honda but personally for my first quad i would take a TB over the 250ex because personally i think it made me a better rider. if u can wheelie a TB u can wheelie just about anything.

Someone said its hard to jump it because of the floorboards??? wtf does that have to do with jumping it. it feels alot more stable in the air than my blaster does...i would never own a TB again but after personal experience its not as bad as ppl say it is.

and if u notice...the ppl sayin its not so bad HAVE owned one before, as for the ppl that say its sucks, they just dont mention that they havent even ridin one...coincidence???
