I rate this unit at a 10. When i rode one of these it surprised me so much, it was awesome, i couldnt believe the power it had for its 250 class. I also loved the great turning radius, that comes in handy on the trails big time! great machine!!

I have a honda trx200 and took that to my friends house who owns a recon. We went on snow and ice the whole time. We swapped for a while and boy did that thing go. I give it a 10.

 

Having just traded in my 97 Recon on a 00 Rancher I'd say it was one of the best quads I've ever ridden. I often made it through areas that my brother's 450 S had difficulty and always out manouvered his 300. Just hope I like the Rancher as much as I did that Recon. I'd rate it a 9 overall and for its size a 10.
